that I've owned for 30 years.
The Golden Commando was Chrysler's version of a high performance vehicle.
This has a factory big block 383cu.
in.
motor with an A833 4 speed transmission with a factory Hurst Shifter.
The 383cu.
in.
has remained stock with the exception of an Edelbrock manifold, Holley 780cfm carburetor, mild hydraulic Iskenderian cam and headers.
Transmission has been rebuilt with a new clutch installed.
Body work has been done with new paint, new upholstery, headliner, door panels, dash pad, etc.
Dash is stock with the addition of a Super SunTach and a Sony radio/CD player.
Wheels are Cragar SS wheels, 15x7 on the rear and 15x6 on the front.
Rear end gear ratio is 3.
91:
1 with Sure Grip.
KYB gas shocks all around with front disc brakes.
Car is very reliable and does hot overheat.
I do not race this car but drive it only for fuin and entertainment to car shows and events This make ad model car is rare as you won't see many of this year and even less with a factory 4 speed.
