Maintain detailed notes in regards to all aspects of the client’s program in Debt Manager Software (conversations, letters, offers, etc.)


Retain clients by educating them on the outcome of the benefits the program brings them verses other alternatives


Complete a monthly audit on all clients to maintain company success rate on settlements per month


Read, review and understand legal documents sent to clients such as; summons, judgments, default judgments and garnishments


Properly advise clients what necessary documentation they will need to file in court to plead their case
