Our entertainment client is seeking an SME for systems with an emphasis on integration with cloud providers such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
The ideal candidate will have broad technical skills in multiple different systems and software engineering areas within the studio and production environment.
Think feature film production and post production!
Responsibilities:
Serve as the escalation point and work with helpdesk and desktop support teams to assist and support crew members at production and post production location Lead evaluations of new technologies with an emphasis on simplicity, supportability, security, and integration with existing systems Evaluate/test processes and procedures while identifying areas for improvement to help develop standards as well as best practices documentation Apply current knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to troubleshoot issues and look for opportunities for improvement Liaise with Studio Content & Information Security team to report, monitor, and remediate risks.
Qualifications:

years technical experience with large enterprise media corporations Working knowledge of software development practices - technology Ability to work in a faced paced and EXCITING environment! Scripting experience in Windows or Linux Strong understanding of secure network principles of perimeter devices, servers, and workstations Working knowledge of configuring and maintaining firewalls and network switching / routing Working knowledge of WAN connectivity Directory Services Storage solutions (e.
