Digital Intern - Fall 2017

Warner Bros. Technology seeks a Digital Intern for the Digital Initiatives department. We are an innovative division focusing on emerging technology trends and finding ways to sell our digital content. The intern will provide support on the various pilot projects the team is working on, while gaining practical work experience and knowledge about technology.
Assist the team on their ongoing digital initiative projects by:
Providing research and assistance on projects related to emerging technology trends (ex. AI, Blockchain, AR/VR and Digital Identity), as well as other research revolving around social media platforms.
Creating pilot demos for future projects.
Creating visually engaging decks and videos upon request.
Participate and assist in the following by brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects and creating PowerPoint presentations/white page research documents.
Learn the functions and procedures of the Digital Initiatives department by shadowing members of the team and assist when needed.
Must be enrolled in college a undergraduate program
Proficient with Windows and Macintosh O/S & office productivity software (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro or Avid
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
