Position Overview: Our professional support facility located in Burbank, CA serves the production communities in greater Los Angeles. With the advanced capability of our new location, and our commitment to this segment of our business, we seek a Senior Marketing Manager to guide the strategic programming and relationships in addition to managing the operations of this facility.

  1. Manage development of customer facing programming based on Canon-relevant cinema, broadcast, still photography and related technical themes.

  2. Coordinate Canon Burbank marketing management requirements with appropriate internal CUSA marketing stakeholders. Prepare vision and positioning documentation to support a vibrant and active Canon presence in the professional production communities we serve.

  3. Cultivate cinema and production industry relationships with key business partners, influencers and educators. Utilize those relationships to guide and build programming strategy most suitable to Canon business advantage in our respective markets.

  4. Manage facility to ensure our Canon teams are fully supported in their work with our customers. This includes technical systems readiness, building/landlord-related matters, maintenance and security/safety procedures.


  1. Requires Bachelor's degree or higher in production related, media/communications or marketing.

  2. Nine years' experience in production, production management, cinema/broadcast related sales/marketing or similar media centric fields.

  3. Minimum five years' experience managing teams.

  4. Knowledge of today's main camera systems, optics, workflows and accessories for cinema/general production.

  5. Presentation/public speaking skills desirable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
