Recruiting Coordinator

Kforce has a client seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Burbank, CA.Summary: This team is a highly visible department that plays an integral part in key business decisions across the Studio organization. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day functions of the recruiting process - greeting candidates upon arrival; collecting applications and other paperwork; coordinating schedules of interviews and travel; facilitating background checks; managing HR Data Systems and preparing reports as directed; preparing offer letters for distribution; providing orientation travel information for new hires; and posting and updating positions using the online applicant tracking system and associated functions. Responsibilities:
Schedule high volume interviews (can vary up to 35-60 tasks a week and travel as needed for candidates (includes setting up phone screens, coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and team as needed, book conference rooms and sending out directions to candidates)
Maintaining HR Data Systems (Kenexa, Req Report and SAP)
Preparation and distribution of all new hire offer letters and posting of new positions
Ensuring process completion for all new hires to include: orientation travel, background checks, meetings while attending orientation
Prepare and distribute metrics reporting
Manage on-line resume database to ensure applicant information is current to include: complete applications, background info
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products, specifically scheduling meetings
Proven phone etiquette and professionalism
Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Ability to proactively pinpoint errors in documents with proven attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
Task oriented with experience following structured processes
Proven organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work as a team player

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
