So here’s what success in this position looks like…

Provide account level support across Retail Brand Management teams and Account Services by ensuring that operations, knowledge sharing, and communications are consistent and efficient. This includes developing strategies and best practices to elevate communication processes, scheduling of account deliverables, documentation, estimating, pricing, and billing support between Retail Brand Management teams and Account Services. This role essentially serves as the partner to the Associate Director of Retail Brand Management to ensure that all operational goals are met as campaigns are conceptualized and produced.


So here's where you come in...

Scope and specify the work that has to be done for campaigns

o Work with Brand Managers (creative and production) to create SOWs for our clients

o Collaborate with estimators to build spec’s and pricing for the SOWs. Analyzes current pricing strategies and develops solutions to win, grow, and optimize production efficiency and retain work/clients

o Ensure that the documentation on pricing and SOWs are fully vetted, optimized for most efficient and cost-effective production and profitability prior to being presented to the Associate Director of Retail Brand Management for final review before going to the client

o Develop the briefs in a way that are clear and efficient to be communicated to the Brand Managers (creative and production) as the campaign kicks off

Develop deliverable schedules for the team through collaboration with creative and production

Understand the expectations and requirements of the different retailers to connect the Brand teams at the retail level

Develop systematic pricing tools (templates, calculators, pricelists, etc.) to improve competitiveness, consistency, and efficiencies

Oversee the billing process during the campaign lifecycle to ensure timeliness and accuracy

o Ensure that financial resources are fully accounted for

o Verify the effectiveness of the pricing strategies with an eye toward increased profitability

Ensure that overall learnings are gained after each campaign and are articulated and communicated to the team members; and interpreted for future needs

o Conduct post mortems with Brand teams to identify best practices and successes, opportunities for refinement, and to continuously enhance efficiencies, processes, and client service over time

o Conduct and produce cost vs. actual analysis reports

Must exhibit a high level of organization and project management skills

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a Printing and Retail fields

Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers and teams to deliver optimum outcomes

Strong technical skills, business intelligence and a full understanding of the needs of the organization from printing

processes, paper, ink, computer operation, and the competitive market processes and partners

Must know all printing equipment available and equipments’ respective running speeds and most efficient methods for

producing any possible job and all types and grades of paper

Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise

Exceptional prioritization and multi-tasking skills

High degree of flexibility and ability to navigate in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Attention to detail with outstanding analytic skills

Ability to communicate well in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Ability and judgment to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working on proprietary aspect of the day-to-day business for the client


Must Haves…

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

7 years professional experience in a project management

5 years professional experience in data/cost analysis or Print Estimation

Manufacturing(Printing) industry experience a must

To be part of the supply chain procuring materials as needed for production in a Printing and Creative environment.
So here’s what success in this position looks like...
• Purchase materials, supplies and equipment from approved vendors
• Proactively manage delivery schedule of materials, expedite as needed, notifying appropriate parties of any delays or issues and follow through to completion
• Research & approve PO requisitions within ERP system from various departments & issuing PO’s
• Work with estimating department to support their needs for pricing & availability of materials
• Analyze material usage and evaluate stock levels to accommodate trends, work with production to keep system inventory counts accurate and adjust as needed to minimize excess
• Initiate new vendor vetting process, working in tandem with accounting

• Experience in the printing industry – litho and wide format

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
