The Customer Relationship Management team drives operating income and grows spending by The Walt Disney Company's most strategic customer segments by both managing a sizable line of business (Disney Visa Card) and partnering with LOBs on loyalty and payment strategies. More specifically, members of the group are responsible for the following:
Managing Disney's consumer financial products business, including the Disney Visa Card business. Disney Visa Card is one of the largest co-branded credit card portfolios in the world.
Establishing X-LOB customer payment strategies in the US and Disney's key international markets (e.g., proprietary payments, payments acceptance guidelines, guidelines for promotions in the payments/financial services space)
Helping business units develop and implement CRM strategies to grow spending from Disney's core customers and fans through the use of digital, social media, direct marketing and loyalty programs
The department includes 30 full time professionals who work closely with marketing and operational teams across multiple divisions of Disney, our bank card issuer and our payment network. In general, team members must have the following traits (in addition to the specific job requirements called out below):
Expertise in the functional area (i.e. financial analysis)
Extremely strong relationship skills due to the need to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external partners
Strong data analytic skills and comfort working in technical environment
Strong presentation and writing skills
The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting acquisitions marketing efforts for the Disney Rewards Visa Cards and report to the Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing. The Disney Rewards Visa Credit Card marketing plan is multi-faceted (account acquisition and cardmember engagement), multi-channel (digital, onsite/face-to-face sales and email) and includes supporting multiple Disney marketing managers who execute more than 50 distinct tactics across multiple Disney business units. In this role, the Senior Marketing Analyst will be given immediate responsibility and be expected to operate as a core part of the team. This entails supporting the Acquisition Marketing team to:
Manage performance reporting for marketing tactics including identifying trends in application and account volume, cost per acquisition
Identify underlying causes for changes in performance such as account approval rate, media spend and conversion rates.
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing tactics including creative development, test plans, tracking requirements and tactic implementation

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in marketing and/or analytic roles
Experience in managing and analyzing digital media campaigns
Extremely detail oriented
Strong analytic skills

Responsibilities
Marketing Performance Analysis
Support the development of the acquisitions annual budget and thereafter, monthly updates to the forecast and assessment of ongoing performance, in particular identifying areas for further review
Estimate new application and account volume based on trends and upcoming campaigns
Compile costs related to each tactic (e.g. creative, incentives, media spend)
Provide analysis on how we are performing relative to budget
Evaluate business trends based upon data from multiple sources such as agencies, search engines, digital platform analytics, and other Disney business units.
On a periodic (at least quarterly) basis, assess results by tactic and identify areas for further review and evaluation by marketing managers especially for digital media to include SEO for DisneyRewards.com site, Paid Search campaigns, Disney.com, paid media for display and other social platforms
Ad hoc analysis as needed to support the marketing team which could include analyses on consumer digital trends, cost per acquisition and factors in application and account changes
Develop and update CPAs and ROIs for key tactics to support future acquisition marketing decisions
Assess the profitability of each tactic on a periodic basis
Front end inputs: account volume, cost/tactic, approval rates
Back end inputs: spend, outstandings
Marketing Planning and Execution
Ongoing management of marketing channel planning calendars containing individual tactic details
Support senior marketing manager in the overall management of digital media marketing efforts including:
Develop creative for online banners and marketing pages including writing creative briefs, overseeing creative services team in the collection of input from internal and external partners and providing feedback to the creative agency. Ensure creative reflects previous online learnings regarding messaging, format, platform, imagery and benefit descriptions;
Oversee implementation of paid search, display media and paid social campaigns including managing keywords and ad copy, working with agencies to plan tests and coordinate execution of tests, tracking, reporting, evaluating test results and providing recommendations for future tests for paid search and application to other online tactics;
Lead setup of digital marketing campaigns ensuring results can be evaluated at the level needed to assess opportunities and recommend changes. Coordinate between marketing department, creative services, other business units, and external agencies; use tools including site plans and Salesforce Marketing database.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
