YOUR MISSION:  
As our Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will assist the Regional Vice President of Sales to sell Condusiv’s software products to IT Professionals looking to improve application and system performance in small to medium sized businesses as well as large enterprises.
You will support the Regional Vice President of Sales by selling to existing customer accounts and assist in acquiring new accounts.
You will service the customer very well to ensure they are so satisfied with the products that they renew their maintenance each year and put our products into their standard builds.
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:



  • Develops new sales opportunities from initial contacts with inbound leads from marketing as well as through outbound cold-calling and prospecting targeted accounts

  • Guides new prospects through qualifying steps, product evaluation and achieves revenue targets by bringing in orders

  • Sources, develops and passes on leads for major sales to the Regional Vice President

  • Assists the Regional Vice President to work up quotes, do customer satisfaction follow ups, provide sales forecasts and other duties to the end of increasing sales and meeting revenue targets

  • Meets quotas for contacts, sales interviews and other KPIs as assigned by management

  • Manages his/her sales pipeline ensuring there are an adequate number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline and that these opportunities are moving through the sales stages in the expected time frame

  • Works with existing customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while uncovering and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Liaises with sales engineers, support and others as needed to ensure any issues get handled to the end of a satisfied customer

  • Coordinates with other Inside Sales Representatives under the direction of the Regional Vice President of Sales to ensure existing customers continue their use of the software while compelling new prospects to try the software and see the value of performance benefits in their IT infrastructure

  • Works with channel partners to develop leads and to bring in sales

  • Keeps a complete record of all sales activities in the CRM according to guidelines and best practices established by management

  • Demonstrates masterful skill in using the marketing and sales talking points to tell Condusiv’s value proposition in a natural and compelling fashion. Continually works to increase sales proficiency through study and practice. Stays abreast of current trends and developments in the IT world in order to have relevant discussions with customers and prospects. Becomes intimately familiar with Condusiv’s products, case-studies, technical requirements, features and benefits.


 
REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven success in a previous comparable sales position

  • Conversant with modern storage and virtualization technologies

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and to achieve quotas

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Must be coachable and a quick study


 
RECOMMENDED:



  • 3 or more years of B2B selling experience to IT professionals

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or related

  • Conversant with modern storage and virtualization technologies


 
OFFERED SALARY & OTHER COMPENSATIONS:



  • Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly income of up to $100K OTE (On-Target Earnings), including a 40-50% base salary. Commissions are earned 100% from existing customers and warm sales leads, provided to you.

  • 2 weeks paid vacation per year.

  • 10 paid company holidays per year

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
