Responsibilities:
Supporting engagement meeting planning and meeting execution, attending meetings, documenting key discussion points and action items for follow-up, managing action item / issue log, hot topics.
Coordinating and supporting creation of recurring communications to regions / business partners.
Partnering with Directors to interpret, analyze and address key regional / business partner issues and questions.
Experience Level:
Looking for post-graduate student with 3 - 5 years' experience. Willing to consider post-undergraduate student with 1 - 3 years of experience
Education:
BS degree required
Required Experience and skills:
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as collaboratively as part of a project team
Ability to support multiple deadlines and staff needs as well as the ability to produce high quality work in short periods of time
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, especially PowerPoint and Project), Visio or workflow tool

Ability to think creatively and quickly in the face of changing timelines, deliverables, etc.
