Sr. Cisco UC Engineer

Summary:
Due to expansion in business and organizational growth, we are seeking a Cisco UC engineer and architect to lead our telecommunications efforts.
This position is responsible for the overall support of the organizations enterprise voice, data and network infrastructure. This includes design, configuration, installation, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting data and voice telecom equipment on routers, switches, gateways, Cisco Call Manager and IP Phones in addition to PBXs and SIP. The candidate will lead many project based engineering for the network and voice infrastructure including network assessments documentation, creating project plans, submissions of hardware requirements, cost benefits analysis for project implementation.
Requirements:
o Must have advance level experience with TCP/IP, OSPF, STP, ACL, VLAN, Layer 2 vs. Layer 3 routing and switching.
o Cisco Security experience with Cisco concentrator, Pix, and ASA is a plus.
o Experience with RAIDUS and Cisco wireless controller and Access Point.
o Must have a thorough understanding of VoIP and traditional call flows and signaling protocols which include SIP/H.248, H.323, RTP/RTCP, Voice TDM including ISDN, DTMF and /FXS/FXO, TCP/IP, LAN Switching, Routing protocols, L2/L3, device configuration, VLAN, ACL, etc.
o Experience with any/all of: Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center, Cisco Unity and Unity Connection, Cisco MeetingPlace/WebEx and Cisco CER.
o Deploy and maintain core VoIP application infrastructure with the long term goal of standardizing enterprise wide Cisco VoIP core systems and processes.
o Implement, monitor, review and report on VoIP system health to include availability, down time, utilization, capacity planning.
o Document and maintain VoIP infrastructure policies, procedures and other documentation.
o Experience in configuring and implementing Communications Manager, Unity, and IPCC.
o Cisco Unified Call Manager and Cisco IP Phones.
o Monitors performance of VoIP systems, operations, monitors error logs and error messages to ensure customer service level agreements are met.
o Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
o Weekly reporting on VoIP and network utilization and availability.
Qualifications:
o CCVP desired, or 8 years experience supporting enterprise VoIP environments.
o Project Management with strong Microsoft Project experience is required.
o Qualified individuals will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong command of the English Language and proven experience of working across cultures, different levels of management, business partners and vendors.
o Available to travel to and from work sites to perform maintenance and installations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
