EZ Storage is seeking a self-motivated Assistant Property Manager for our Self-Storage Properties in the San Fernando Valley (Chatsworth, Van Nuys, Burbank).

Open availability 10am-7PM (40 hour per week) Weekend availability Schedule is not set and subject to change Work locations:
Chatsworth, Van Nuys, and Burbank Customer service:

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.
Show and rent spaces.
Stock/sell locks and other moving supplies as directed.
Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants.
Perform lock checks.
Keep the facility, restrooms, and grounds up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.
e.
, prep spaces, sweeping, picking up trash around the property, etc.
) A Current Non expired Government ID and/or Passport are required.
