We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant to support our cleaning company in ensuring our clients' spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
The Assistant will be responsible for double-checking the work of our cleaning staff, light invoicing, and performing basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough inspection of cleaned areas to ensure they meet company standards before handing over to clients Assist with light invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files Assist with scheduling and dispatching cleaning staff to client locations as needed Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have Keep track of inventory and supplies and place orders as necessary Provide general support to the management team as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Working Conditions:
This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Will work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location of client spaces Will be exposed to cleaning chemicals and other cleaning-related hazards Pay We pay mileage from first portal $17-$19 an hour Bonuses are possible Per Diem If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for ensuring high-quality customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
