We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to handle AR along with special projects.
A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.
Responsibilities:
Process AR Invoices, Credit Memos Maintain Customer Profiles Process Credit card transactions Assist customers with any AR related inquiries Perform data entry and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in Accounts Receivable.
Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks Knowledge of any accounting software a huge plus (Acumatica, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, Sage, Quicken, ADP).
Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type:
