Acara Solutions, one of the country's largest aerospace staffing services firms, is helping our national aerospace manufacturing client find an IT Product Analyst to join their organization as a salaried direct employee. The salary range is $140K-167K. This is a hybrid position requiring the employee to come onsite 3 days per week in either their Burbank, CA plant or their Bothell, WA plant.

This is an analytical problem solving support position. The ideal candidate will have/be able to: Strong knowledge/expertise in R12/11i/Oracle and Cloud FusionCreate reports so users can run reports, empower users by making system configured for them. Depot repair for serviceFamiliar w/ Depot repair, quality, manufacturingBe comfortable in a relatively new Cloud environment for the firm, addressing a volume of open ticketsCloud - PDH, EIM, CX Supply chain mgt - SCM, demand managementSupply chain mgt - is it in EDS (elastic desktop service) or Cloud SQL for trouble shooting, analyze from back end, what's happening with code.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives. Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications.Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions.Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies.Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes.Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAttend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applicationsPrepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed. Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions.Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.Conduct level 2 support for deployed solutions.Ability to independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects.Ability to manage projects from start to finish.Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgradesResponsible for mentoring and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members.Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activitiesJob Requirements

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer related, engineering or similar technical discipline.Min 10 years of progressive experience in Oracle's E-Business Suite R12/11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, and/or Service modules. This requirement is Level III. The manager will consider candidates with 3-5 years of experience at Level II. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
