THE DAUGHTER At the tender age of 14 months, this little girl is pure energy! Her contagious joy lights up any room she enters.
She is bright, joyful, and determined.
She needs plenty of stimulation to keep her engaged and focused.
She's always been a developmental powerhouse, hitting milestones early and often.
She is not quite walking but is a fast crawler.
She also loves to climb.
Her home environment has plenty of soft play equipment to keep her climbing habit safe.
There is a saltwater pool at home that she loves to swim in daily in the summer.
There is also a park within walking distance, so she goes there often.
She loves being social with other kids and climbing everything--she's quite fearless! She also enjoys visiting indoor playgrounds.
Her days are consistent with routine wake-up, nap times, and bedtime.
She is not a huge eater but does love snacks.
She is not fond of water, and her pediatrician advises continuing with formula.
She may have an allergy to turkey, but other than that, there are no known allergies.
THE JOB DETAILS The candidate will provide nurturing and attentive care to this active toddler.
This includes engaging her with stimulating and developmental activities suitable for her age and employing various educational and recreational techniques such as creative arts, imaginative role-playing, and active play.
The nanny will collaborate closely with the parents to align on the most effective parenting strategies and developmental approaches for their daughter.
The candidate loves swimming and enjoys walking to and from activities, especially the local park.
They also understand how to be a professional inside the family's home.
Beyond loving toddlers and helping with all childcare duties, the ideal candidate loves cooking and is knowledgeable about different methods of introducing new foods to young children.

REQUIRED
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of dedicated experience working as a professional nanny.
A minimum of two years of proven experience in caring for toddlers.

Highly organized and enjoys helping families implement structure.
Mandatory immunizations that are required to work with young children - flu, covid, etc.
Willingness to make at least a one-year commitment to the family, ideally longer.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must possess a dependable form of personal transportation.
Adheres to a strict non-smoking policy for the well-being of the family environment.

CERTIFICATIONS AND REFERENCES:
Current CPR and First Aid Certification - pediatrics and adults Excellent references from previous nanny employers.
THE SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility.
THE RATE $35 to $45 per hour.
DOE and willingness to cook for the daughter and help with family assistant tasks.
Family will offer a minimum guarantee of weekly hours.
