This is a great opportunity to join a world class team for a medical devices organization specializing in restorative therapies.
Hybrid work status (2 days in-office in Valencia, CA/ 3-days Remote).
Immediate Start! Seeking applicants with strong work history, and excellent customer service centric experience.
Here's your day-to-day:
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and basic technical support & troubleshooting.
Provide liaison support between customers and coordinate with other departments.
Process returned materials, including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMA's.
Use of DataWorks system to process sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMA's, report generation and warranties.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Maintain a direct relationship with field staff, patients and clinics by traveling (from time to time) Your experience & expertise:
Must have high school diploma or GED Customer service for product or medical devices experience 2
years of call center/teleworking experience Exceptional ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal Job Types:
