Job Description:
Machine shop located in Burbank, needs a CNC Mill Programmer/Operator.
The right candidate needs to be self-motivated and independent, who can program and set up a Fadal Vertical Mill.
Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings-CAD files.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and geometric tolerance (standard ASME y14.
5m) Able to work with most types of machine shop equipment and machines.
Able to work with little supervision.
Experience with Master Cam preferred.
Experience with 2-D machining on a 3 Axels Machine.
Verification of CNC programs and operation of mill.
Knowledge of G & M Codes.
Follow through with written and verbal work instructions.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in program, operation, and design.
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English.
Full-time position, Monday - Friday Bam to 4:
30pm Pay:
$22/hr.
or more depending on experience
