Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years litigation paralegal experience, preferably 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Job Purpose:
Propounding & responding to discovery Calendaring court dates and deadlines Preparing & filing complaints Drafting correspondences Regular client communication Assisting the attorney in any litigation tasks needed Requirements:
Experience with Filing/E-Filing procedure 2 years of litigation paralegal experience is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient in calendaring Preferred Skills:
Fluent in Spanish Experience with case management software Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
