Responsibilities:
Support the Chief of Staff and Executive Coordinator to liaise between other team members.
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other documents needed in the executive office.
Assist with managing multiple complex schedules across various time zones.
Coordinate travel arrangements together with travel agents, including flights, hotels, and car services as requested.
Create itineraries, including all confirmations and contact information for flights, hotel and transportation.
Updates itineraries and check for new information pertaining to travel.
Prepare and update travel schedules.
Handle personal affairs and errands including but not limited to; order lunch, pickup car from car wash across the street, go to postal office, etc.
Take ownership and support with special projects as directed by the executive team.
Assist with planning and coordinating special events ensuring flawless execution.
Assist with ideas and execution of corporate gifting and activities for staff and clients.
Manage and track receipts.
Perform other tasks as required.
Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years related experience in a Studio, Agency, or Production Company.
Basic understanding of the entertainment industry.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to represent the Executive office and Company in a professional yet approachable manner.
Strong coordination skills to handle multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize work and proactively manage time in order to remain focused and flexible in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Strong proficiency in and working knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office Products such as Excel and Word.
Adaptable to a variety of situations with numerous personalities.
You must have a reliable, working vehicle and knowledge of how to get around Los Angeles.
Extreme discretion with sensitive information.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Ability to travel as needed, although not common.
Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
A tech savvy knowledge of devices including phones, computers, and printers.
Proven ability to work effectively with C-Level executives.
Well-travelled is a plus but not necessary.
Enjoys working in a team and has a no job is too small mentality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
