- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team at an ABA agency - Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed - Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity - Assist with medical duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Utilize Google Suite and Central Reach - Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital - Provide excellent customer support, both in person and over the phone Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient in using Google Suite, Central Reach, and other relevant software programs - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
