Hours:
40 hrs a week
Qualifications:
Must be responsible, organize and have great communication skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask A minimum of 2 years accounting experience is required Microsoft Office, Excel , and a 2 year minimum usage of Quickbooks is required.

Looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform create and maintain an organized filing system.
Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.
Keeping track of employees daily paperwork and production.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
