Summary:
The Contracts Analyst administers contract request workflow tools and processes from initiation through execution.
Utilizes best practices and knowledge of internal or external business strategies opportunities and trends to consult on and influence TWDC outsourcing strategies.
Processes simple Project Statements of Work (PSOW) from submission by supplier through execution.
Work
Experience:
Independently manages Consultant Contract Request (CCR) and PSOW life-cycles.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, DocuSign, Purchase Order workflow, and basic accounting functions.
Working with Business Unit, Supplier, IT Finance, HR, Corporate Legal, Technology Sourcing and procurement.
To support TWDC in obtaining professional services via approved workflow and processes.
Review and processing of simple PSOWs Proficiency with MS Office.
Following guidelines established by the OSM team and consulting with OSM Sr Contracts Analyst and Contract Managers To secure services on behalf of TWDC in adherence to the agreement terms.
Adhoc reporting and electronic contract archiving Proficiency with MS Office.
Following guidelines established by the OSM team and consulting with Sr Contracts Analyst and Contract Managers To perform various reporting requests and archive contract documents in accordance with OSM and RIM policies.
Education Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Business or equivalent work experience Preferred:
Professional training in contracts The hiring range for this position in California is $83,200.
00 to $114,400.
00 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
