We are a fast-paced company with 23 locations and growing! Gold's gym is looking to add another team member to join us in assisting all our locations and making them look unbelievable! Responsibilities Review and scan open purchase orders in purchase orders Into our accounts payable software.
Request and/or pull invoices for open purchase orders to verify all orders.
Verify with club order has arrived, and quantities on invoice are correct by asking club to return signed packing slip verifying amounts.
Cross reference invoice and packing slip for accuracy.
Use Invoice / Packing slip to enter products received into inventory and selected profit center.
Add stock confirmation and invoice in purchase order software and post invoice for accounts payable to process payment.
process supplements orders for each location using clubs requested amount and cross-referencing inventory on hand amount.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
