Hybrid Job Summary Creates an engaging experience for all members across all member touch points.
Identifies all member touch points within the Credit Union, evaluate what works and what doesn't, and simplifies processes and procedures to benefit the member experience.
Rather than creating manual processes this role engages with Fintechs and others to automate as much as possible.
Considers what our RPA function can assist with to create ease of use and simplicity.
Fulfills the organizing principle to develop lifelong partnerships in the pursuit of our members' financial happiness.
This position will be active across the Credit Union to ensure as we roll out products and services that the member is the focus and that we are providing an elegant engagement that makes it easy for the member to do business with us.
A major focus will also be our digital platform and the tiles within the platform, helping with the member experience and ensuring their voice is heard.
Financial happiness will be the second focus, ensuring that we are meeting our mission, helping our members live their best financial lives.
Defines what this means to us, and how we can help our members find this for themselves.
Provides ongoing education to Credit Union members.
Completes ongoing research in how we can help our members improve financially, and how we engage our members to deliver on this promise.
Essential Job Functions Reviews delivery of member services across the organization on an ongoing basis to ensure consistency and simplicity through policies, procedures and ongoing training.
Observes focus groups to incorporate feedback.
Evaluates delivery channels for ease of use for our members.
Makes recommendations to business/product owners, helps create action plans, and ensures recommendations are implemented.
Works with branches to evaluate workflows, focusing on the member experience.
Researches new tools and delivery channels on an ongoing basis to address member pain points.
Recommends options to business/product owners and works collaboratively with them to arrive at viable solutions.
Engages with teams on the digital delivery channels to ensure ease of use.
Dissect organizing principle by developing lifelong partnerships in pursuit of our members' financial happiness.
Develops a living Vision Strategy Method (VSM) on how we can create financial happiness and well-being for our members.
Thinks creatively as to how we reduce the barriers to membership, still in line with regulatory requirements but ease of use for members.
Active participant with the digital platform.
Advocate for the members to ensure a clean and clear user experience.
Helps engage members to test and provide feedback.
Physical Actions This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience Requirements Experience in financial institutions, preferably credit unions.
Working knowledge and expertise in member experience, preferably branches, call center, digital delivery and chat.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
