Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and opinions.
Research legal issues and analyze case law.
Conduct legal research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
Advise clients on legal matters and represent them in court proceedings.
Negotiate settlements of disputes and advise clients on the best course of action.
Draft motions, memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other documents related to litigation.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
Depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
EXPERIENCE WITH EMPLOYMENT LAW Superior analytical and legal research skills.
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
