We have an exciting opportunity within our Walt Disney Motion Picture Production team for an Executive Assistant that will report into the Senior Vice President, Production.

The Executive Assistant position in Creative will provide administrative support by covering phones, scheduling, expenses, and other administrative duties for the SVP.
In addition, this individual will get to learn and be a part of the creative development process.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar for executive including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally Roll calls and maintain phone sheet Maintaining organizational documents and monitoring status of incoming script submissions Preparing and submitting expense reports Liaising with executives, talent, and other assistants internally and externally Assisting in the preparation of meetings Coordinating domestic and international travel for executive and talent Representing the department in a professional manner Supporting departmental projects as needed Required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting a Creative Executive from another Studio/Production company or agency experience Interest/passion for film development and production Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Ability to roll calls Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems Highly detailed oriented with superior organizational skills Ability to multitask and successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure Ability to work with confidential information Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction Flexible to work overtime as needed Must be able to work on site 5 days per week The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
