What You'll Do:
We are currently searching for a professional, energetic On-Site Property Manager for two of our apartment communities in the Los Angeles area:
Toluca Lake and West Hollywood, totaling 100
units.
As a Property Manager, we know you do much more than sitting behind a desk directing others:
you lead by example, roll your sleeves up and walk the property with your maintenance team, build healthy and long-lasting relationships with your residents, overcome challenges and address emergencies with flexibility and adaptability.
Must be able to live on site in a company provided unit.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday.
What You'll Bring:
Three plus years' experience as a residential Property Manager working at luxury apartment communities; 100
units.
Prior experience working at multi-sites is preferred.
Able to collaborate with your team and bring fresh leadership and marketing ideas; experience leading an amazing team.
Computer proficiency in software/database skills, calendar management, and social media.
Position requires excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills.
Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.
