Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with strong leasing skills and great customer service.
ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES NEED APPLY! Minimum Requirements:
Professional attitude and appearance Ability to deal with diverse residents Strong problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and good follow through Ability to work independently when needed Supervision of two part time employees Must be computer literate (Word and Excel) Knowledge of Fair Housing laws YARDI software experience Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle Compensation dependent on experience.
This is a part-time position.
Must be able to work 3 days/24 hours a week - some weekends necessary.
2-bedroom unit included with position.
Hourly pay with incentive bonuses possible.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
