Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory control, and cash register management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise employees, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base, including multilingual customers.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively manage inventory and control costs.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
