Our clinic has been serving the community for over 30 years with a wide complement of traditional and evidence-based therapies.

Our clinic is open Monday-Saturday, and a flexible schedule will be sought after.
Training of our electronic health records software (Chirotouch) and familiarity with our treatment modalities will be provided, but personal experience in chiropractic care, acupuncture, physical therapy, massage therapy, supplementation, and spa services are highly preferred.
Working at our clinic can be a very rewarding and engaging experience, but is equally demanding, requiring both patience and compassion for our patients while efficiently multitasking other duties.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare reception/administration Able to effectively multi-task while remaining meticulously attentive to details Able to work and thrive in a high pressure environment, while efficiently making use of down-time to oversee and accomplish various objectives.
Punctual and flexible (a must!) Able to work independently and take initiative when necessary, yet still remain cooperative with other staff members and doctors.
Communicates in a clear, timely, and detail-oriented manner with staff, practitioners, and patients.
Ability to manage heavy patient flow, waiting lists, and multiple doctors schedules.
Experience in managing and overseeing large inventory and supplies.
Familiarity with alternative healthcare treatment modalities, chiropractic care, nutrition, supplements, physical therapy.
Strong computer skills Organized and tidy Quick and eager learner with the ability to follow instructions properly.
A compassionate advocate for our patients.
Utilizes customer service skills to identify patient needs and provide prompt resolution to inquiries.
A PLUS:
Skilled in website design, graphic design, marketing, and mail chimp advertisements.
Familiarity with ChiroTouch Job Requirements:
Welcoming and comforting patients in the clinic, as well as escorting patients to the appropriate therapy rooms Assisting the chiropractors through applying various therapy programs on patients Handling a large volume of phone calls Scheduling patients and maintaining patient flow General overseeing; ensuring there is no scheduling errors or time-conflicts in the therapy rooms Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, and relay messages between patients and doctors.
Maintaining patient records through data entry, note-taking, and scanning all documents to electronic file.
Making sure the appropriate patient documents are signed; remain HIPPA compliant.
Inventory/supply management Conducting reports, submitting checks, and billing patients Submitting medicare claims Keeping files, documents, supplies, and inventory well organized.
Keeping all therapy rooms well kept, equipped, and tidy.
We are seeking a long-term candidate with a 2 year minimum commitment to the job.
