EXPERIENCE
o Very high volume, upscale full service experience!
o Special events experienced with very large parties
o Catering/banquet experience
o 3-5 years' experience as Chef in full service concept
o Hotel experience also a plus
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Menu planning and development
o Ensure quality cuisine
o Strong financial acumen
o Ability to be flexible
o Motivate, direct and lead team
o Maintain impeccable high standards of cleanliness and sanitation and kitchen safety at all times
o Hiring/Training/Coaching staff
o Maximize productivity of the kitchen
